Device of textual information communication is meant to be used for transmission and receipt of textual information through telephone lines.

Device is created on request of Lithuanian Society of the Deaf.

Achievments of modern microcomputer based engineering are used in it. It gives exellent communication possibility for the deaf or the poor hearing people.
